An established and well regarded law firm based in Bury is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner / Senior Paralegal to join their growing property team. This role would suit someone with a minimum of 2 years experience within residential conveyancing who is confident managing files with supervision and supporting on a busy caseload from instruction through to completion.

The Role

  • Supporting the conveyancing team on a broad range of residential property matters including:
    • Sales and purchases
    • Freehold and leasehold transactions
    • Remortgages
    • Transfers of equity
    • New build matters
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
  • Preparing legal documents and progressing files efficiently

About You

  • At least 2 years experience within residential conveyancing
  • Experience assisting on or managing your own files
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
