Your new role
As Project Manager, you will work closely under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager and Project Director, ensuring seamless delivery of this major project.
Your responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day site operations and coordinating subcontractors.
- Monitoring programme, quality, and health & safety compliance.
- Driving progress against key milestones and reporting to senior leadership.
- Liaising with stakeholders, including local authorities and design teams.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager on medium to large-scale construction projects (preferably education or public sector).
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and Tier One/Tier Two contractor processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk effectively.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., a degree in Construction Management or equivalent).
