My client in London is seeking experienced Planning Conservation Specialists to work with a Council Planning Department on a 6-month initial contract (likely to extend to 12 months). My client expects applicants to be experienced and able to hit the ground running.
Ideal Candidate
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in conservation or a related field
- Strong knowledge and understanding of conservation legislation and policy
- Experience in providing advice on conservation and heritage matters in a planning context/listed building consents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- An enthusiastic and proactive approach to work
This role can be worked on a hybrid basis.
