You'll play a key role in designing and delivering impactful organisational development activity, including:
- Designing and facilitating leadership and development programmes
- Delivering workshops and structured learning interventions
- Contributing to organisation-wide OD projects and change initiatives
- Supporting coaching and mentoring programmes
- Partnering with a key business area to identify and deliver OD priorities
- Supporting induction, development pathways and continuous improvement activity
You'll work closely with senior leaders, HR colleagues and wider teams to help drive engagement, capability and organisational effectiveness.
This role would suit someone with experience in:
- Organisational Development
- Leadership Development / Learning & Development
- Coaching and mentoring
- Behavioural frameworks or psychometrics
You’ll bring strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to operate confidently across a complex organisation and influence at senior levels.
