This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career: transitioning from hands-on modelling to managing and guiding projects delivered by others. It requires a hybrid doer/manager – someone who can maintain a strategic overview while still being hands-on when needed, confidently switching between delivery and leadership. They are looking for an independently minded professional with 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, whether agency-based, client-side, from a specialist modelling house or as an independent consultant.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding marketing mix modelling (MMM) evaluation for clients.
  • Manage the collection and preparation of data from a range of sources.
  • Use statistical analysis tools such as R, Eviews and Excel to produce robust models.
  • Translate the results into engaging presentations that clearly communicate insights to clients.
  • Play a key role in the development of new tools, techniques and R&D projects alongside the team.
  • Optionally manage Analyst resources as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role (agency, client, modelling house, or independent consultancy).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in R, Eviews and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex results clearly.
  • Independent-minded with the ability to switch between delivery and leadership.

Reporting to the Director, the primary responsibility is to deliver MMM evaluation for clients. Based in London E1, the role is flexible hybrid but requires regular office attendance to facilitate team dynamics and mentor junior colleagues.
