Full Time Hours Monday to Friday Edinburgh Office Based Initially Up to 33,000 + Excellent Benefits.

Search Consultancy are delighted to be working with a highly regarded law firm in Edinburgh to recruit this exciting opportunity on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA to join a specialist Land & Property legal team, supporting a Partner and their wider team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Duties involved in this role will include:

  • Proactive diary and inbox management for a team of senior professionals
  • End-to-end matter administration, document management, and correspondence handling
  • Coordinating meetings, travel, and hospitality arrangements
  • Supporting financial processes including billing and fee correspondence
  • Assisting with compliance and client onboarding processes

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

  • Proven PA experience in a professional services or legal environment - this experience is ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously and use your own judgement
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an eye for detail
