I'm currently working with a well-established, independent multidisciplinary consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a highly regarded business delivering innovative, sustainable design solutions across sectors including infrastructure, residential, commercial, education and regeneration.

Salary & benefits:

  • £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)

The role will involve:

  • Leading geotechnical input across projects, from feasibility through to detailed design and construction
  • Acting as the geotechnical lead on projects
  • Managing project delivery, ensuring technical quality and commercial performance
  • Supporting fee proposals and providing input to bids/tenders
  • Producing clear, high-quality technical reports and designs
  • Carrying out technical reviews and mentoring junior engineers
  • Working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams

  • Strong background in geotechnical design and analysis
