We are hiring for a Senior FPGA Engineer for a technology company developing advanced solutions in AI/ML, and high-performance computing environments. They are seeking an experienced FPGA Engineer to join a growing engineering team, focusing on the development of high-speed interfaces between compute accelerators and next-generation networking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define FPGA microarchitecture in collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Produce and present detailed technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement RTL designs, including synthesis and timing closure activities.
  • Develop and execute verification plans, including simulation using SystemVerilog.
  • Build, deploy, and validate FPGA-based lab platforms for testing and customer evaluation.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Strong industry experience in FPGA development for high-speed networking and processor interfacing (Ideally 100Gbps+).
  • Familiarity with high-performance interconnect standards such as PCIe, RDMA, CXL, NVLink, or similar.
  • Proficiency in hardware description languages such as SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL, and experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g. Python, TCL).
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard simulation and verification tools.
  • Familiarity with major FPGA toolchains (e.g. Xilinx or Intel ecosystems).
  • Exposure to embedded systems, including soft-core processors and SoC environments.
