My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their successful cost consultancy department in their city centre Edinburgh office. You will get fantastic project exposure, working on some of the biggest projects within the country. This role would suit someone who seeks more variety in their workload than just public sector frameworks. Projects will range from but are not limited to Residential, Commercial offices, Hotels, Build to Rent, Student Accommodation, Retail and Leisure.

Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
  • At least 3-5 years postgraduate experience with provable technical delivery experience.
  • Experience with cost planning, value engineering and preparing tenders.

On offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • A starting salary of between £55,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
  • Project exposure over a variety of sectors.
  • 38 days holiday.
