Key Duties
- Support ABA conflicts matters alongside UK Partners and US teams
- Conduct and review conflicts checks
- Prepare waivers, consents, and engagement documentation
- Maintain ethical walls and related records
- Assist with complex conflicts and compliance queries
- Review new client and matter intake submissions
