Are you a senior BIM professional with experience managing teams, budgets and BIM delivery across large-scale MEP projects? Do you want to join a business making significant long‑term investment into BIM and digital engineering across some of the UK's most complex construction projects?

Salary & Location

  • Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 plus £4,800 car allowance or company car option, salary dependent on experience.
  • Location: Manchester, 3 days per week.

My client is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join a growing digital engineering team delivering major MEP projects across the UK. With a substantial secured workload and continued investment into BIM and digital engineering, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key leadership role within a business focused on long-term growth and innovation. Projects range from £5m to £300m+, and the successful candidate will oversee BIM delivery across multiple schemes while managing Senior BIM Coordinators and supporting the wider digital engineering strategy.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a BIM Manager
  • Strong MEP/building services background
  • Excellent understanding of BIM delivery within a contracting environment
  • Previous line management experience
  • Revit MEP knowledge
  • Budget management and reporting experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience delivering BIM on medium to large-scale projects
  • Experience managing budgets, tracking spend and reporting on costs
  • Strong understanding of digital engineering strategy and BIM implementation
