Are you an experienced BIM professional with strong Revit MEP capability and experience coordinating BIM delivery across large-scale MEP projects? Do you want to join a business making significant long-term investment into BIM and digital engineering across some of the UK’s most complex construction projects?
Salary: £43,000 to £57,000 depending on experience | Location: Manchester / Leeds / Bristol, 3 days per week in the office
Responsibilities:
- Join a growing digital engineering team delivering major MEP projects across the UK and support BIM delivery across multiple schemes.
- Work closely with engineering, operational and project teams to coordinate BIM activities.
- Provide hands-on BIM input with strong Revit MEP capability and coordinate BIM workflows.
- Support and mentor junior team members in BIM delivery.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a BIM Coordinator or Senior BIM Coordinator.
- Strong MEP/building services background.
- Strong Revit MEP capability.
- Excellent understanding of BIM delivery within a contracting environment.
- Previous line management or mentoring experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience delivering BIM on medium to large-scale projects.
- Experience coordinating BIM delivery across multiple projects.
