Senior Architect Requirements

This practice is seeking an ambitious and technically accomplished individual who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to everything they do. The ideal candidate will have:

  • RIBA/ARB Chartered Architect
  • A minimum of 8‑10 years' experience within the UK Architecture industry
  • A strong and established understanding of UK Building Regulations, materials and construction methods
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other industry‑standard CAD software
  • Experience leading projects within the bespoke Residential sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent problem‑solving and organisational skills
