What You Will Do

  • Develop compelling design proposals for both concept and production vehicles, from initial ideation to final execution.
  • Balance multiple projects while demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and clarity.
  • Collaborate with global design teams and regional stakeholders to bring bold ideas to life.
  • Translate emerging trends and insights into visionary design concepts.
  • Deliver high‑quality sketches and visualisations that effectively communicate design intent.
  • Lead clay and digital modelling development to transform designs into 3D realities.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure design integrity through every stage of development.
  • Contribute to technical and styling reviews, ensuring designs meet quality and feasibility standards.

What You Will Bring

  • A degree in Automotive or Industrial Design (or a similar discipline).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Alias, VRED, Blender, or similar design tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional exterior design creativity, technical skills, and process.
  • Experience in using AI tools to enhance design speed and agility.
  • Significant experience in OEM automotive design studios, including contributions to concept and production vehicle development.
  • Strong technical knowledge of engineering constraints and the ability to incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal, with the ability to articulate and present design ideas confidently.
