Aspire People are currently recruiting SEND teaching assistants to work in a special needs school located in Newark. This particular school is looking for a teaching assistant that has experience working in the care sector, who is interested in utilising their skills within education. This school caters for students in KS1 through to KS4 and is currently recruiting to start ASAP with a rolling contract. There is an option to go permanent and a pay rate of up to £110 per day.

The Role:

  • Monday to Friday - 8:30 - 15:30
  • Long-term contract with the option of extending or just 'here and there'
  • Working one to one with students
  • Working with a number of assistants and collaborating with the class teacher
  • Developing social and cognitive development
  • Supportive senior leadership team
