Are you a passionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a child's education? We are currently recruiting for a committed SEND TA to join a welcoming and inclusive school in the London Borough of Newham. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with additional needs and help them thrive in a supportive learning environment.
The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
- Support children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs
- Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to implement EHCP targets
- Adapt learning materials to suit individual needs and abilities
- Support pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour management
- Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement in learning
