Empowering Learning Ltd is seeking outstanding SEND Learning Support Assistants to join a well-established specialist provision in Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing, inclusive environment that supports pupils with autism, PMLD, and complex needs across primary and secondary age groups. Successful candidates will be confident supporting students with their learning as well as assisting with care needs, while promoting independence and positive engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Assisting with personal care where required
  • Supervising pupils inside and outside the classroom
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
  • Supporting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
  • Promoting an inclusive and engaging learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Bring passion, patience, and enthusiasm for working in SEND settings
  • Have experience supporting students with autism, PMLD, or complex needs
  • Have worked in education, care, or a similar support-based environment
  • Be committed to contributing meaningfully to each student's progress
