Your new company: Yardley & B25 area. Competitive daily rates. Full-time & Part-time opportunities available.

Your new role: In this role, you'll be supporting pupils with additional needs across primary and nursery settings. You'll work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support, either on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. Assignments can range from short-term placements to long-term roles, with potential to continue for the full academic year.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs
  • Have worked in schools, nurseries, or care settings
  • Are confident supporting pupils with needs such as Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Global Developmental Delay and challenging behaviour
  • Are adaptable, resilient, and committed to making a difference
  • Can build strong relationships with pupils and staff
