Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission. The role offers a very achievable OTE of £45,000.

About the role

The Sales Executive will be the key point of contact for customers during the car buying experience, ensuring service is delivered correctly from the first interaction. You will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs throughout the process of purchasing a new car, and will work flexible patterns, often including weekends, to provide the highest level of service.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills, take pride in engaging with customers face‑to‑face, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit. Previous automotive sales experience is required for this role. When applying for this role you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
