The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Security Install Engineer to join a well-established and growing security systems company. Due to continued success and increasing demand across the M4 Corridor, our client is expanding their engineering team and looking for a motivated individual with experience in CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm installations. This is an excellent opportunity for a security engineer seeking long-term stability, strong earning potential, and ongoing technical development.

Role & Responsibilities
As a Security Install Engineer, your duties will include:
- Installation of IP CCTV systems, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms
- Field-based role covering commercial and residential sites along the M4 Corridor
- Working with a range of leading security manufacturers and systems
- Ensuring installations meet high-quality and compliance standards
- Maintaining excellent communication with customers at all times
- Completing work efficiently and accurately
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to team success when required
Skills & Experience Required
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Experience installing CCTV, Access Control, and/or Intruder Alarm systems
- Ideally 3+ years experience within the security industry (desirable but not essential)
- Candidates with experience in one or two disciplines encouraged to apply; training provided
- Familiarity with multiple security system manufacturers
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
Desirable Qualifications (Not Essential)
- IPAF
- CSCS / ECS
- FIA Units
- City & Guilds (Security Systems or Electrical)
