Do you have the ability to inspire and challenge students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping them develop confidence and achieve success? I am currently working with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school within the Edgbaston/Bearwood area, who are looking to appoint a dedicated Spanish Teacher for a September start. This is an excellent opportunity to join a school that is committed to high expectations, positive relationships, and ensuring every student is supported to become the best version of themselves.

The school has a strong community ethos built around respect, determination, and encouragement, with a clear focus on providing a knowledge-rich curriculum and creating an environment where both staff and students can thrive. The role will begin on a long-term supply basis, with the opportunity to move onto a permanent contract for the right teacher.

The school is looking for an educator who is looking to make a genuine impact within the school community and contribute to the wider life of the school. The successful Spanish Teacher will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experience teaching Spanish within a secondary school
  • Strong knowledge of the KS3 and KS4 Spanish curriculum
  • Experience supporting and preparing students for GCSE examinations
  • The ability to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that inspire learners
  • Excellent classroom management and behaviour management skills
  • A resilient, proactive and positive approach to teaching and learning
  • A genuine commitment to supporting student progress and contributing to school life
