Inspire, motivate, and support young learners across a range of subject areas within secondary education! GSL Education are seeking passionate Secondary Teachers (All Subjects) to work in schools across Walsall, delivering engaging lessons that encourage academic progress, confidence, and a positive learning experience. We welcome applications from teachers across all subject specialisms, including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, MFL, PE, Computer Science, Design Technology, and Creative Arts.
About the role:
As a Secondary Teacher, you will deliver high-quality teaching within your specialist subject while supporting students of varying abilities in achieving their full potential. Opportunities are available for day-to-day, long-term, and permanent positions.
Key responsibilities of Secondary Teachers:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils
- Maintain positive classroom behaviour and effective learning environments
- Assess pupil progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and wider school staff
- Contribute to the academic and personal development of students
What we are looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching within a secondary school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- Flexible and professional approach to teaching
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education

- Have the right to work in the UK

- Have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
