Stafforce are recruiting for B2 Forklift Drivers in the Scunthorpe area for our prestigious client. These are excellent opportunities on a temporary-permanent basis for the right candidates.

Working Times: 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm Rotating

The Job Role:

  • Working as a Forklift Driver across the steel site, transporting steel loads across the yard.
  • Sheeting up
  • Operating a 26 tonne forklift around site
  • Ensuring correct loads
  • Ensuring safe loads
  • Using hand scanners to check goods in and out
  • Supporting on stock takes
  • Operating bowser's

Pay Rates:

  • £15.01ph
  • Overtime rate over 37.5 hours
  • Rotating Shift Allowance: £19.46 per shift
  • Overtime Rate: £19.51ph

The Successful Candidate:

  • B2 Forklift driving experience
  • Must have held their B2 Forklift Licence at least 1 year for insurance purposes.
  • H&S conscious at all times
  • Previous experience transporting steel on a B2 Forklift is required for this role.
  • Previous experience operating hand scanners is highly advantageous but not essential as training provided
  • Steel experience is highly desirable
