Stafforce are recruiting for B2 Forklift Drivers in the Scunthorpe area for our prestigious client. These are excellent opportunities on a temporary-permanent basis for the right candidates.
Working Times: 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm Rotating
The Job Role:
- Working as a Forklift Driver across the steel site, transporting steel loads across the yard.
- Sheeting up
- Operating a 26 tonne forklift around site
- Ensuring correct loads
- Ensuring safe loads
- Using hand scanners to check goods in and out
- Supporting on stock takes
- Operating bowser's
Pay Rates:
- £15.01ph
- Overtime rate over 37.5 hours
- Rotating Shift Allowance: £19.46 per shift
- Overtime Rate: £19.51ph
The Successful Candidate:
- B2 Forklift driving experience
- Must have held their B2 Forklift Licence at least 1 year for insurance purposes.
- H&S conscious at all times
- Previous experience transporting steel on a B2 Forklift is required for this role.
- Previous experience operating hand scanners is highly advantageous but not essential as training provided
- Steel experience is highly desirable
