Aspire People are recruiting School Administrators for local Primary and Secondary Schools. Applicants must have prior school administration experience and proficiency in SIMS and/or Arbor. Positions are temporary, with work hours 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Full‑time and part‑time roles are available throughout the school year; some may transition to permanent contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data into SIMS/Arbor.
  • Answer phones and take messages.
  • Type letters and memos.
  • File, fax, and photocopy documents.
  • Communicate with parents and pupils.

Qualifications

  • Proactive, hardworking, and able to meet strict deadlines.
  • Not afraid to take on new tasks, able to multi‑task.
  • Outgoing with a friendly personality.
  • Valid DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
