My client based in Sidcup is looking for an experienced Scheduler who has experience working with engineers and managing their diaries. You will handle quotations off the back of inspections to complete works and operate within a dynamic, go-getting team. You will be someone who is hard-working, has a strong work ethic, and likes to go the extra mile.

Day to day of the Scheduler:

  • Monitor the shared inbox from clients and engineers.
  • Coordinate engineers' busy schedules, ensuring you incorporate their skills and location to maximise their time.
  • Prioritise emergency call outs based on priority and need for each client.
  • Readjust schedules and work closely with engineers to attend works later in the day.
  • Raise and close down job tickets.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to keep them up to date with appointments.
  • Gain job reports back from engineers and assess further works required with accurate quotations.
  • Update internal systems with relevant information.

Requirements of the Scheduler:

  • Scheduling experience working with engineers.
  • Work well in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong administrative duties.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
