Salary: Basic 29,500 OTE 35,000
Responsibilities
- This is a customer focused role.
- You will be providing a professional service to customers whilst their vehicle is with us, and tracking its progress through our workshops.
- Liaising with colleagues within the workshop and parts department.
- Providing customers with additional work requirements and costs.
- Scheduling and recording work whilst maintaining an efficient and courteous manner.
- In the Service Advisor role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the aftersales team by assisting with file auditing, booking services, preparing orders, invoicing and registering new cars.
Qualifications
- You will be a team player with experience within a customer focused role preferably within the automotive or high-end industry but not essential.
- You will have a flexible and proactive approach with excellent time management and administrative skills.
