Position: Class 2 Left side drive road sweepers
Location: Worsley
Salary: £14.50ph or £16.25ph with Holiday pay
Working Hours: Monday to Friday only – 06:00am start, up to 12-hour shifts
Info: We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our well-established clients based in the Worsley area, we are looking for multiple HGV C drivers to work for a company that is dedicated to providing efficient and reliable transportation services across the UK. Due to increasing demand, we are seeking experienced and professional Class 2 drivers to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Left hand side drive
- No handballing
- Road sweeping of public roads, building sites, and housing estates.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to various destinations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions, and any incidents.
- Adhere to all driving regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (C) driving license.
- Tacho Exempt (No Digital Tachograph card needed)
- CPC Driver Qualification card
- Minimum of 12 months experience as a Class 2 Driver due to insurance purposes
- 1 week worth of training
- Strong knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations.
- A professional attitude with excellent time-management skills.
- No more than 6 points due to insurance purposes
