Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify bid and tender opportunities.
- Coordinate inputs from various departments to produce compelling submissions.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Coordinate key account reviews, maintain account plans and provide administrative support for marketing projects.
- Ensure customer rates, pricing and SLAs are accurately administered and communicated.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales support, commercial administration or bid/tender coordination, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Clear written communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Work Hours
8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
