About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected housebuilder as a Supporting Sales Advisor. This Sales Advisor role provides a determined individual with the chance to develop skills and experience, whilst making a real difference in one of the most exciting journeys in people's lives. The successful Sales Advisor will be part of a small but dynamic team operating across the Central Belt of Scotland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support existing Sales Advisor teams across multiple developments in locations throughout Central Scotland.
  • Assist with new development launches and events and provide double or holiday cover as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider sales team.
  • Host show home visits and ensure excellent presentation standards across developments.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
  • Use Salesforce CRM daily to record activity and assist in sales progression.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal processes and procedures, including the Consumer Code for Home Builders.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as requested by the Sales Manager.

  • No prior experience in property sales is necessary, although beneficial.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Outstanding people skills and confidence when dealing with customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive, self-motivated and driven.
  • Resilient, organised and adaptable.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as standard.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Confident in the use of Microsoft packages.
