Hours of work:

  • Mon-Thurs: 8:15 - 16:45
  • Friday: 8:15 - 15:30

TLP Recruitment are currently recruiting for a candidate to join the Internal Spares department Team for a well-established leading distribution company for the Heating Industry.

Duties Include:

  • Process telephone, e-mail, internet order enquiries
  • Maintain relationships with customers
  • Allocating Orders Onto their internal systems
  • Outbound and Inbound customer service calls
  • Liaise between internal departments
  • General office duties

Requirements for the role:

  • Experience in the Heating industry or general building industry desirable
  • Ability to use Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel etc.
  • Be able to use initiative, and ability to think outside of the box
  • Friendly with a drive to succeed
  • Self Motivated
