A great opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Lettings Lister / Negotiator to join our Independent client based in Wanstead E11. Property Sales & Lettings experience is a bonus, however charisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality are a must for this vibrant and forward thinking company.

As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will be confident in dealing with properties and clients across the range into the very top end and be involved in the whole Property Sales & Lettings process from generating and carrying out viewings to negotiating and pushing deals through to their successful completion. You will need to have the ability to build long term business relationships with clients and applicants, be focused and determined in working to targets and be a strong team player.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business
  • Effectively marketing properties to attract potential tenants and buyers
  • Matching prospective tenants and buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
  • Maintaining regular contact with tenants, buyers, landlords and vendors, and other relevant parties to legal move in and completion
  • Dealing with financial and legal matters relating to the letting and sales process
  • Guiding tenants, buyers, landlords and vendors through the lettings and sales process from agreement of the let and sale to legal completion
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
  • Excellent administration ability and use of agency software systems

ARLA & NAEA accreditation a plus but not essential.

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

  • Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • A desire to progress and challenge yourself continually
  • Experience would be an advantage but not essential

This Sales & Lettings Negotiator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate, with long term career prospects. Local experience is not essential.

The hours will be: Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 6.00pm, Fridays 9.00am - 5.00pm & 9.30am - 4.00pm on Saturdays with a day off in the week.

Salary range will be: OTE of around £35,000 - £37,500 per annum, basic salary to be discussed, plus car allowance.
