Sales Adviser – High Wycombe – £28,372 per annum – Full‑time (37.5 hours per week, 5 days Monday–Saturday, 09:00–17:00)

The Role

You will be at the heart of the showroom, providing expert advice and delivering a first‑class customer experience. From helping customers choose the right products to ensuring smooth order processing, you will play a key role in driving sales and maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Confidently assist customers with enquiries, orders, and product advice
  • Build strong product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions and alternatives
  • Maximise sales opportunities through upselling and product matching
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve customer queries to a high standard
  • Maintain showroom presentation, ensuring displays are clean, priced, and well organised
  • Support stock handling, deliveries, and general warehouse duties
  • Assist customers with loading products when required
  • Contribute to stock takes and general store operations
