Location: Wapping

Salary: Basic £23,750 plus 10% - 15% commission and 5% for every instruction. OTE £50,000.

Our client is a growing, independent estate agent based in the historic town of Wapping. They are seeking an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator who is passionate, determined, and able to achieve results in a high‑energy environment.

Requirements:

  • Full driving licence
  • Own car
  • Ability to work some Saturdays

Duties:

  • Meet targets in a busy, high‑energy environment.
  • Make proactive sales & lettings calls to potential tenants/buyers and landlords/vendors.
  • Handle enquiries over the telephone.
  • Match tenants to suitable properties.
  • Attend viewings, valuations, surveys and other meetings as required.
  • Negotiate sales or lettings over the phone, in person and via email.
  • Progress sales from offer stage through to completion.
  • Update systems and records accurately and thoroughly to capture all relevant information.

Skills:

  • Experience in residential sales and lettings negotiation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage property viewings, negotiate offers, and build relationships with landlords, clients and buyers.
  • Resilience and can‑do attitude.
  • Confident, professional appearance.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
