Duties Include:
- Process telephone, e-mail, internet order enquiries
- Maintain relationships with customers
- Allocating Orders Onto their internal systems
- Outbound and Inbound customer service calls
- Liaise between internal departments
- General office duties
Requirements for the role:
- Experience in the Heating industry or general building industry desirable
- Ability to use Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel etc.
- Be able to use initiative, and ability to think outside of the box
- Friendly with a drive to succeed
