IT Engineer Temporary to Permanent

Location: Rugby (CV23)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (No weekends)

Pay: £14.87 per hour + overtime rates

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair hardware issues across a range of IT equipment.
  • Follow safety and procedures at all times.
  • Work efficiently with minimal supervision, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and system entries.
  • Liaise with the Senior Engineer to prioritise tasks and objectives.
  • Contribute to process improvements and team development.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies.
  • Provide a high level of service to clients at all times.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience in a workshop environment is essential.
  • Previous background in PC, laptop, and printer hardware repairs.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
