The predicted salary is between 27000 - 28000 £ per year.

We are recruiting for an Experienced Warehouse Administrator for our client based in NOTTINGHAM, NG7. This role is ongoing in a small team environment.

Duties:

  • To support the warehouse operation with administration support on a daily basis.
  • Liase with the Team Leaders on a daily basis to ensure data is logged for areas such as KPI's, Productivity, Stock Errors, and logging of Damages.
  • Ensure accurate recording of colleagues' daily hours for payroll, charging, and weekly quicks.
  • Ensure compliance on keeping colleague individual training files up to date, and site training matrix.
  • Record all Customer Query complaints received by the customer.
  • To be able to take notes in meetings, investigations, and reviews as and when required.
  • Support as a Warehouse Operative if needed.

You will have strong administrative skills and a good telephone manner, as well as being computer literate. Previous experience working within a warehouse/transport environment will be an advantage.

Please note due to the nature of the product we handle, security checks are required prior to employment.

Requirements:

  • No criminal records as a DBS check will be required.
  • No CCJs as we will do a financial check.
  • Computer literate (will be using an in-house system).
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Ability to travel to NOTTINGHAM.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday, rotating shifts of 08:30-16:30.

£12.95 per hour.
