Main duties include:

  • Being a pivotal part in implementing plans and strategies for the successful delivery of events, covering pre-event, onsite delivery, and post-event activities.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement successful plans to support the sales process.
  • Executing a successful marketing strategy, incorporating physical tickets, social media, websites, and digital communication.
  • Ensuring consistent communication with key stakeholders and acting as the primary contact for visitors and potential attendees seeking information about the event.
  • Participating in international events when necessary.

The candidate should be fluent in Italian (spoken and written) and happy to commute to the office in Tunbridge Wells every day. Previous experience in Sales, Marketing or Events is desired.
