The Role

  • As a key part of our workshop, you will be responsible for keeping our customers moving.
  • Diagnostics: using the latest diagnostic tools to identify faults.
  • Maintenance: performing servicing, cam belts, and general repairs to manufacturer standards.
  • Quality: accurately documenting service work and video health checks (VHCs).
  • Safety: ensuring all vehicles meet safety and VOSA standards.

What We Need From You

  • Qualification: must hold an NVQ Level 3 (or City & Guilds equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
  • EV & Hybrid Qualifications – Level 3.
  • Experience: minimum of 5 years as a Senior Mechanic / Technician within the automotive industry.
  • Tools: you must possess your own comprehensive tool kit.
  • Licence: a Full Manual UK Driving Licence essential (maximum 6 points).
  • Right to work: must have the right to work in the UK; no sponsorship.
  • An MOT Licence is desirable but not essential – if you are a skilled technician we can help you get your MOT accreditation.
