Responsibilities:
- Speaking to business customers regarding collections and schedules.
- Dealing with any issues that may arise and planning the routes (training will be given).
- Liaising with customers and drivers daily.
- Rerouting vehicles, when required, to resolve issues.
- Keeping the management system up to date by inputting all data in a timely manner.
- Undertaking general office duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Ideally have worked within a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent IT (particularly Excel), communication (written and oral) and inter-personal skills.
- Able to work in a team, organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
