Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities
- Extracting, cleaning, structuring, and validating raw HR data (Excel / HR systems)
- Integrating people data with financial data (payroll, cost centres, budgets)
- Building robust, repeatable reporting solutions rather than one‐off analysis
- Producing clear, meaningful insights that explain drivers of people costs
