The Role
- Setting up, running and taking ownership of production machinery
- Managing changeovers, adjustments and basic fault finding
- Keeping the line running smoothly with minimal supervision
- Completing production and quality paperwork accurately
- Supporting operators on shift and helping maintain standards
- Working closely with Team Leaders to hit output and quality targets
