The Role
- Setting up, running and taking ownership of production machinery
- Carrying out changeovers, adjustments and basic fault finding
- Keeping the line running smoothly and stepping in when issues arise
- Completing production and quality paperwork in line with GMP standards
- Supporting operators on the line and helping maintain standards
- Working closely with Team Leaders to hit output and quality targets
