We are currently looking for a friendly and reliable Ice Cream Seller / Ice Man to join our team in Luss Village on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people and providing excellent customer service in a welcoming, community-focused location.

Location: Luss Village

Hours: Part-time role • Approximately 20 hours per week • 12.5 hour shifts (as required on a rota basis)

Working Schedule: Monday to Sunday

Role Overview: You will be responsible for serving ice cream and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring every visitor has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers with a friendly and approachable attitude
  • Serving ice cream and related products
  • Handling cash and card payments accurately
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Operating from a mobile ice cream van or designated unit
  • Working at a fixed location in Luss Village

Requirements:

  • Must be friendly, approachable, and passionate about customer service
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be a non-smoker
  • Full UK driving licence essential (preferred but not compulsory depending on duties)
