Our client, a well-established global company, is seeking a Returns Administrator to join their busy and supportive team on an 18-month contract. Role Overview
As a Returns Administrator, you will play a key role in coordinating the return of goods to the company, managing queries, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers and end users via telephone and email.
- Organising and scheduling collections of products, ensuring stock readiness for collection.
- Booking collections and maintaining accurate records.
- Updating and managing departmental spreadsheets.
- Performing general administrative duties to support the team.
