Responsibilities:
- You will support the Store Management to inspire and coach the team
- Lead by example to deliver excellence
- KPI driven and commercially aware of the business performance
- Embrace high standards of visual excellence
- Create customer loyalty and stay connected
- Support, respect, and coach your fellow crocodiles
- Assure the performance of the store as well as customer satisfaction
- Promote the culture and values of the company within the team
