As an Assistant Manager reporting to the Store Manager and responsible for a strong team, you will drive forward turnover and revenues from the store based on lean principles. You will focus on financial KPIs such as wages, wastage, shrinkage, and balance them with customer service feedback, internal audit, standards, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Managing the day to day running of a department
- Act as Duty Manager for the entire store in the absence of Store Management
- Assist Store Management in achieving company KPI’s
- Ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service
- Deliver exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control, shrinkage and admin compliance
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and legislation
- Use management information to make strategic business decisions
