This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and highly respected surveying practice operating across some of West London's most prestigious residential areas. You'll work on high-value properties while developing your expertise within a supportive and ambitious business that offers genuine progression opportunities.

Are you a Residential Surveyor with experience carrying out Level 2 and Level 3 surveys? Are you looking to join a modern and growing practice where you can develop technically, increase your earnings, and progress into a leadership role over time? This specialist consultancy provides building surveying and party wall services across both residential and commercial sectors, with a strong reputation for detailed reporting and high-quality client service.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, producing detailed reports, and liaising directly with clients throughout the process. Initially, you will manage around three surveys per week, with the opportunity to increase volume and earnings as you develop within the role. You will also receive ongoing CPD support and training, including exposure to specialist surveying methods such as drone surveys.

The ideal candidate will have experience conducting residential surveys and producing high-quality reports, alongside strong communication and client‑facing skills. This role would suit someone ambitious, personable, and eager to progress within a growing consultancy.

The Role:
  • Carrying out Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys
  • Producing detailed survey reports and recommendations
  • Liaising directly with clients throughout projects
  • Covering West London, with a weekly office presence
  • Hybrid working with one day per week in the Richmond office
The Person:
  • Experience carrying out Level 2 and/or Level 3 residential surveys
  • Strong report writing and client communication skills
  • AssocRICS, MRICS, or working towards chartership preferred
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing business
