The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join Bellway Homes on a temporary basis for an immediate start in Derby. This is a 6-week assignment initially, with the possibility of further work thereafter, supporting the site team in getting plots over the line for CML and ensuring a smooth finish to the development.

The Role

  • Managing day-to-day site operations on a traditional build housing development
  • Driving programme and quality to ensure plots are ready for CML
  • Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
  • Maintaining high health & safety standards
  • Supporting with snagging, completions and customer handovers
  • Reporting into the Project Manager/Contracts Manager

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Site Manager for a residential developer
  • Strong traditional build housing experience
  • Experience delivering plots through to CML/completions stage
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates required
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
