We are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing law firm based in Bury. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy conveyancing team within a supportive environment where fee earners are able to focus on managing transactions and client relationships, with dedicated support teams handling file opening and post-completion work. The firm has a long-standing reputation in the market and is continuing to modernise and grow, offering genuine long-term opportunity for the right individual.

The Licensed Conveyancer Role

  • Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including:
    • Sales and purchases
    • Freehold and leasehold transactions
    • Transfers of equity
    • Remortgages
    • New build matters

Licensed Conveyancer Requirements

The firm is open to speaking with:

  • Qualified Solicitors
  • Licensed Conveyancers
  • ILEX / CILEX professionals
  • Senior Residential Conveyancing Paralegals

Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 3 years residential conveyancing experience, with the ability to manage files with a degree of autonomy.

Licensed Conveyancer Offer

  • Salary between £35,000 - £60,000 depending on experience and qualification level
  • Fully office-based role (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm)
