We are seeking an experienced and proactive Building Manager to oversee the effective day to day management of a residential development, including building operations, car parks, landscaped areas, and internal and external facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of health & safety, security, maintenance, contractor management, and staff supervision, while delivering excellent customer service to residents, landlords, and stakeholders.

You will manage operational teams, oversee planned maintenance, coordinate onsite works, and support the Estate Manager in achieving building objectives.

The ideal candidate will have previous building management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, a solid understanding of health & safety regulations, and the ability to maintain a safe, efficient, and well managed environment.
